Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. As our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary during busy seasons.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

  • Delivery Time: Shipping times vary by carrier and location. Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days (domestic) or 10–21 business days (international).

  • Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Responsibility: Epicurean Apothecary is not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Personal Care Products: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

  • Unopened Products: Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a credit.

  • Final Sale Items: Clearance, promotional, or custom items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued as store credit, exchange, or refund to the original payment method (minus shipping fees).

  • Refunds may take up to 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
